Terms of service

A session or service is considered confirmed once the scope, date, and price have been agreed upon in writing.

Dates are held only after confirmation.

Published prices are starting points. The final cost depends on the scope, number of songs, and project complexity.

Projects may require a deposit before work begins. The deposit is applied toward the service total.

For mixing and mastering, the client must provide properly named tracks exported from the same starting point, along with the tempo, a demo, and references.

Delays in submitting material may push back the final delivery date.

The standard mixing service includes up to three revisions.

Structural changes, new recordings, or changes in creative direction after mix approval may be considered additional work.

Cancellations or date changes must be communicated as far in advance as possible.

Sessions canceled at very short notice may be nonrefundable.

The client retains ownership of their music and recordings.

POLS may request credit for services performed and use excerpts of completed work for portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Files are delivered in the formats appropriate to the service booked.

Clients are advised to keep their own backup of delivered files.
